Coriander var. Santos
Indispensable in Asian, Chinese and Mexican cooking. Coriander is a short-lived annual that readily bolts, although from our trials Santos seems to be more bolt-resistant than other varieties.
Seeds should be sown 'a little and often' outdoors from mid-spring to late summer for a continuous harvest. In milder areas it can also be over-wintered in a tunnel or greenhouse. It must be grown in full sun, and should always be well watered. The leaves can be harvested at any stage under a cut-and-come-again system.
A short-lived annual perfect for growing in pots.
