This variety very produces short, plump roots that are somewhat rounded, making them well-suited for growing in shallow containers and heavier soils. The bright orange roots have a nice ‘carrot’ flavour and a small core.
Sow early crops undercover in spring or later crops outdoors from early to mid summer.
