Description
Capsicum annuum
A prolific producer of medium hot fruit about 7cm long. The fruit are thin-fleshed and ripen from green to red. They are readily dried, and can also be used whenever a dish needs only a moderate amount of heat.
Cayennetta’s short, bushy plants have a tidy growth habit. They need no support and do their best when grown in pots 1 to 5 litres in size.
Heat level: medium (approx. 20,000 SHU – not tested by Sea Spring Seeds).
