Description
Capsicum annuum
A hot cayenne chilli compatible with most styles of cooking. The narrow, pointed fruit are thin-fleshed and measure about 8cm long. They ripen from green to orange and can be used at either stage of maturity.
The bushy, medium tall plants are best suited to growing in the ground or pots 5 to 10 litres in size. They have a tendency to flop over, and need some support to stay upright.
We also sell the seed of two similar varieties that mature to different colours: Damian (red) and Kristian (yellow).
