Description
Capsicum annuum
A very hot cayenne chilli suited to dishes that need lots of heat. Its skinny, pointed fruit are thin-fleshed and measure 7.5 to 8.5cm long. They ripen from green to bright lemon yellow and can be used at either stage of their development.
The bushy plants are very productive and perform brilliantly in pots 5 to 10 litres in size. The can grow over 60cm tall and need support to stay upright.
We also sell the seed of two similar varieties that have different coloured fruit: Kilian (ripening to orange) and Damian (ripening to red).
