Description

Capsicum annuum

The tiny chilli fruit of Rooster Spur
Rooster Spur chilli produces thousands of tiny chillies

The very hot, tiny fruit of Rooster Spur measure about 4.5 x 20mm and turn from green to red as they ripen. Though they are fairly late to mature, their yield potential is huge – we’ve harvested over 3,000 red fruit from single plant grown on our Dorset nursery.

The plants are short and bushy, so need no support. They can be grown in pots 1 to 5 litres in volume, with plant size and yields increasing as the pots get bigger.
