Description
Capsicum annuum
A very mild Bulgarian chilli traditionally used for pickling. The elongated fruit measure 3 x 11.5cm and change from green to red as they ripen. The flesh is fairly thick and has a crunchy texture like a sweet pepper. If you don’t fancy making pickles, then try the fruit either raw in salsas and mixed salads or cooked in stir fries and sauces.
Fish’s medium tall plants are suitable for growing in the ground or pots 7.5 to 10 litres in size. They will need some support to keep them from falling over.
