Description

Capsicum annuum

An ‘eat-it-all’ chilli to rival Pimiento de Padron. The fruit ripen from green to red and can grow up to 12cm long when mature. For eating as mangetout, though, the young, green fruit should be harvested at about 8cm long, when the seeds are soft and the skin tender.

The bushy plants do well in pots 7.5 litres or bigger in size, and will need support when full grown so that they won’t fall over.
