Description
Capsicum annuum
Hybrid. This is a medium hot, round chilli measuring about 38mm in diameter. The fruit mature from green to dark red and have a thick flesh. You could pickle the fruit whole, or even better, remove the central core and seeds and stuff the hollow with a savoury mix.
The medium-tall plants can be grown unsupported in the ground or pots, 5 to 10 litres in size.
