Description
Capsicum annuum
A mild chilli with striking, round fruit measuring about 38mm in diameter. They grow upright on the plants and ripen from green to a spectacular orange somewhat late in the season. Because the flesh is thick and juicy, the fruit are ideal for stuffing with meat, vegetable or cheese inventions.
The medium tall, shrubby plants can be grown in the ground or pots 7.5 to 10 litres in size. The branches need support, especially as the fruit develop.
