Description

Apium graveolens

A cold-tolerant herb that looks uncannily like parsley but tastes unequivocally like celery. All parts of the plant are strongly flavoured so that a little bit goes a long way in any dish.

Sow seeds in the spring, and harvest the outside leaves when they are needed for cooking.

The plants are biennial, which means they will bolt and stop producing the following year.

Approximate number of seeds per pack: 600
