Parsley (curly-leafed) var. Bravour

£1.50

A productive curly-leafed parsley with dark green, upright leaves.

Description

Petroselinum crispum

A productive curly-leafed parsley with dark green, upright leaves. The leaves are traditionally used fresh as a garnish, but are also delicious chopped up and added to soups, sauces and salads.

The seed, which are very slow to germinate, should be sown outdoors in March-April in full sun. Leaves will regenerate after being cut, and will produce continuously well into the autumn. The plants can also be overwintered in a tunnel or greenhouse from an August sowing. An ideal choice for pots.

Good on the show bench.
