Description
Capsicum annuum
Hybrid. A high yielding Mediterranean or bull-horn sweet pepper with fruit that measure an impressive 6.5 x 20cm. The fruit ripen from green to red, becoming sweet and crunchy when fully ripe. They are excellent for frying and are a top choice for eating fresh in salads or crudités.
The tall plants should be grown in the ground or large pots 7.5 to 10 litres in size. Because they are top heavy from the weight of the fruit, they must be given strong support to stay upright.
