Description
Capsicum annuum
A novelty sweet pepper distinguished by miniature, blocky fruit that average just 3.3cm wide and 3.6cm long. Their flesh is good flavoured and quite thick, and changes from green to red as it matures. Once divested of their seed, the hollow fruit are ideal stuffed with cheese, meat or vegetables for eating as snacks or starters.
The medium tall plants can be grown either in the ground or pots 7.5 to 10 litres in size. Some support is necessary to prevent the plants from falling over.
