The four tours we did last year (2023) proved to be very sucessful. Everyone who came seemed to enjoy themselves and we had some lively questions and conversations on the way round. The two hours we allocated for each tour rushed by, with us only just managing to get to see everything before it was time to stop.

Guided tours of Sea Spring Farm
In August we are offering customers a chance to see the workings of Sea Spring Farm, the home of Sea Spring Seeds and Sea Spring Plants. The tours will take a good look around the nursery, and will cover the main activities we do here:
• Seed production
• Development of growing techniques
• Variety trials
Sea Spring Farm is our small plant nursery that supports our online businesses, Sea Spring Seeds and Sea Spring Plants. In August its greenhouses will be full of chilli seed crops, and the tunnels will have tomato variety trials, seed crops of exotic vegetables, chilli plants for display and selling, and many more things. The outdoor areas have other vegetable variety trials.
The nursery is situated on a slope overlooking the English Channel in West Dorset. It is in the small seaside village of West Bexington, which is easy to reach from the local towns, Bridport (6 miles), Dorchester (13 miles) and Weymouth (15 miles).
Each tour will be around two hours long and will be limited to 20 people. We expect lots of lively discussions and plenty of questions. After the tour there will be an opportunity to buy chilli plants and seeds from our whole range. The tours are on:
